Step 1/8.
Take Component A and remove the lid
Step 2/8.
Add 200ml of water
Step 3/8.
Open Component B
Step 4/8.
Pour contents into Component A
Close the lid and shake intensely for 15 seconds.
Step 5/8.
Leave to rest for at least 5 minutes
Step 6/8.
Open Component C
Step 7/8.
Pour contents into Component A
Step 8/8.
Stir gently and ingest without delay
Do not chew the mini tablets.
