1. Fill flask to the line with 200 ml of water.
2. If wanting to personalize taste, add preferred Addition first and shake.
3. Pour in Gel Mix 480 from sachet.
4. Shake flask vigorously again until dissolved.
5. Let the mix rest for 5 minutes before consuming.
