Can I change or cancel/edit my order after placing it?

A:

Once an order is confirmed, it is processed quickly and cannot be changed or cancelled. If you need help with an order, contact customer support as soon as possible.

What is Maurten’s return policy?

A:

Returns are accepted in accordance with the Maurten Return Policy. Products must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging. Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted. You can review the Return Policy under Terms & Conditions — chapter 6 for EU, US, CA or chapter 8 for UK.

Which payment methods do you accept?

A:

We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as other local payment methods shown at checkout (Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Klarna).
