Maurten Gel has a unique structure — firm, not a syrup — which makes it easy to consume during high-intensity training and racing. Based on patented Hydrogel Technology. No colors, flavors, or preservatives.

Each sachet provides 25g of carbohydrates in a 0.8:1 ratio of fructose and glucose. Gel 100 Caf 100 also contains 100 mg of caffeine.
