Fly-bottle 950 ml features
Volume: 950 ml
Valve: Wide, flat push-pull nozzle. Easy to open and close with mouth.
Fuel: If fueling on hydrogel, fill the bottle with 500 ml of water and mix with Drink Mix 160, Drink Mix 320, or Drink Mix 320 Caf 100.
Sport: Road, gravel, and mountain biking.
Fueling is essential when logging long hours on the bike — whether it’s in training or racing. The Fly-bottle 950 ml simplifies your liquid carbohydrate intake in the saddle. With a wide, flat push-pull nozzle and a wide bottle mouth, riders can consume high concentrations of carbohydrates at once and maintain performance.

How should I use the 950 ml bottle if Drink Mix is designed for 500 ml of water?
The 950 ml bottle is designed primarily for cyclists and triathletes who carry one or two bottles in a bike bottle cage during longer training sessions or races.
You can also use a more concentrated approach by mixing two Drink Mix sachets into 950 ml of water. This provides a higher carbohydrate concentration and a stronger intake per sip. If choosing this strategy, we recommend practicing in training to ensure tolerance and comfort before using it in competition.
What are the differences compared to other Maurten bottles?
Compared to the standard Maurten bottle, the Elite Fly bottles are lighter and easier to squeeze. The softer bottle body delivers a higher flow of liquid with less pressure, making them better suited for racing and high-intensity riding where quick fueling matters.
Can the bottle leak?
No. When closed properly, the bottle is designed to securely contain Drink Mix. Make sure the cap is fully tightened before activity.
