Est-il possible d’annuler ou de modifier une commande une fois qu’elle a été validée ?

A:

Une fois la commande confirmée, celle-ci est traitée rapidement et ne peut plus être modifiée ni annulée. Si vous avez besoin d’aide pour une commande, contactez le service clientèle dès que possible.

Q:

Quelle est la politique de retour de Maurten ?

A:

Conformément à la politique de retour de Maurten, nous acceptons les retours de produits non utilisés et non ouverts, renvoyés dans leur emballage d’origine. Tout retour ne répondant pas à ces critères peut être refusé. Pour plus d’informations, consultez notre Politique de retour (chapitre 6 pour l’Union européenne, les États-Unis et le Canada, ou chapitre 8 pour le Royaume-Uni) dans nos Conditions générales.

Q:

Quelles sont les méthodes de paiement acceptées ?

A:

Nous acceptons les principales cartes de crédit et de débit, ainsi que d’autres méthodes de paiement locales, qui seront affichées lors du paiement (Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Klarna).
