Why was my payment declined?

A:

A payment may be declined due to incorrect card details, insufficient funds, or bank security checks. Try again or contact your bank for more information.

Are there minimum or maximum order amounts?

A:

There is no minimum order value.

Q:

Can I use a discount code or voucher?

A:

If you have a valid discount code, you can enter it at checkout before completing your order. Only one code can be used per order.

Q:

Which payment methods do you accept?

A:

We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as other local payment methods shown at checkout (Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Klarna).

Q:

Will I receive an invoice or receipt?

A:

Yes. An order confirmation and receipt will be sent to your email after checkout. If you would like an invoice, reach out to customer support.

Q:

I didn’t receive an order confirmation — what should I do?

A:

Start by checking your spam or junk folder first. If you still can’t find the confirmation email, contact customer support with your name and email address.

Can I place an order for someone else or as a gift?

A:

Yes. You can enter a different shipping address during checkout. Note that gift wrapping is not currently available. You can also opt for purchasing a digital gift card.

Can I change or cancel/edit my order after placing it?

A:

Once an order is confirmed, it is processed quickly and can unfortunately not be changed or cancelled until you have received it. If your order is already being prepared or is on its way, we’re unfortunately not able to cancel or intercept the shipment at that stage. However, this does not affect your right of withdrawal. Once your order has been delivered, you’re of course welcome to request a return the products instead. Please note that a refund request must be made within 14 days from the day you receive or pick up your order.

Can I change my shipping address after placing it?

A:

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, the shipping address cannot be changed — orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you have any concerns, contact customer support as soon as possible.

Do I need an account to place an order?

A:

No, you can order as a guest. Creating an account allows you to track orders more easily and save your details for future purchases.

How do I place an order?

A:

You can place an order directly on maurten.com by adding your products to cart and completing payment at checkout.
