When will my order be shipped?

A:

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after the order is placed. Once your order leaves the warehouse, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking information.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email and SMS. Use this link to track the status of your order. Please note that tracking updates may be less frequent during busy periods, and delivery times can vary depending on the carrier.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

European Union: Expected delivery time is 3-7 working days.

Malta: Expected delivery time is 7-10 working days, due to local custom checks.

United States:
-Expected delivery time for standard shipping is 3-7 working days.
-Expected delivery time for express shipping is 2 days for orders made before 3pm. Orders made after 3pm are processed and shipped the next day.
-Due to geographical constraints and logistical complexity, deliveries to Hawaii and Alaska may take up to 14 days.

Canada: Expected delivery time is 3-6 working days.

United Kingdom: Expected delivery time is 2-5 working days.

Maurten ships to selected countries within the European Union (excluding the Canary Islands, Andorra, Jersey, and Guernsey), UK as well as to the United States and Canada.

My order is marked “delivered” but I have not received it — what should I do?

A:

Check around your delivery location or with neighbors as the delivery service may leave packages in another location if no one is home. If the package still hasn’t turned up after 24 hours, contact customer support with your order number so we can check with the delivery service and resolve the situation quickly.

Delivery is taking a long time — what should I do?

A:

First, check your tracking link for the most up-to-date delivery information. If the tracking hasn’t been updated in a while, the package is most likely still being processed within the delivery service. If your order hasn’t arrived within a reasonable timeframe, reach out to customer support with your order number.

I live in a country you don't currently ship to — how can I buy Maurten products?

Use the Store Locator to find all Maurten retailers. Simply visit https://www.maurten.com/store-locator to find the nearest location.

Q:

I received products I did not order — what should I do?

A:

If you received items you didn’t order, please contact customer support with your order number and a brief description of the products you received. Include photos of the package, the products, and the shipping note included in your order.

I received one or more damaged products — what should I do?

A:

If any items arrive damaged, contact customer support as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the damaged products and packaging. This helps to assess the situation and resolve it quickly.

Q:

I went to the pickup point but my package was not there — what should I do?

A:

If your package isn’t available at the pickup point, wait a little longer as delivery services sometimes mark parcels as ready before they are fully processed at the location. You can also check with the staff at the pickup point to see if it has arrived under a different name or is still being sorted.

If the package still isn’t available after 24 hours, please contact customer support with your order number.

If your order arrives incomplete, please contact customer support with your order number and a brief description of what is missing. Feel free to attach photos — this helps to better understand the issue and resolve it quicker.
