Sports fuel is supported by science and works alongside real food — not as a replacement. Some Fuel Guides — longer or more intense — rely heavily on the specific composition of sports nutrition. Others less so.

Drink Mix 320

Maurten Drink Mix 320 is a high-carbohydrate energy drink for running. It dissolves in water and converts to hydrogel in the acidity of the stomach. It helps reduce the sloshing effect that can happen when consuming energy drinks during sport — aiding athlete comfort and performance. Each sachet contains 80 grams of carbohydrates.

Drink Mix 160

Maurten Drink Mix 160 uses Hydrogel Technology to deliver 40-grams of carbohydrate, for prolonged lower intensity running sessions. Like Drink Mix 320, it dissolves in water and converts to hydrogel in the acidity of the stomach.

Solid 225

Maurten Solid has the look and feel of an energy bar for running, but it’s not like other bars. Fast and light carbohydrate-rich, low fiber fuel source — the perfect complement to your hydrogel fueling. Each bar contains 44 grams of carbohydrates. Use it on the way to training, during low-intensity sessions, or after a workout as a carbohydrate recovery bar.
