In this session the rider will prepare for longer climbs​ including maintaining VO2 Max for longer periods​

What is VO2 Max?

​Main set includes 5 x 5 min (5 min rest in between)​
First 90 seconds at 120% of FTP, followed by​
210 seconds at 105% of FTP
