I live in a country you don't currently ship to - how can I buy the products?

Maurten products are now available in retail stores in New Zealand, Norway and Switzerland. You can also find stores in countries within the European Union and the United States. See the list of countries in the Store Locator.

How much does shipping cost?

Sweden & Germany: Free shipping
Order 20€ or more to qualify for free shipping, otherwise shipping costs 5€.

Rest of the European Union: Free shipping
Order 20€ or more to qualify for free shipping, otherwise shipping costs 7€.

The United States: Free shipping
Order 20$ or more to qualify for free shipping, otherwise shipping costs 5$.

Canada: Free shipping
Order 20 CAD or more to qualify for free shipping, otherwise shipping costs 5CAD.

How long is the delivery time?

Sweden, Germany, Finland:

  • Expected delivery time is 4-6 working days.

Rest of the European Union

  • Expected delivery time is 5-7 working days.

United States

  • Expected delivery time is 3-6 working days.

What shipping method are you using?

Sweden

  • Your order will be delivered either with Post Nord or to your closest DHL service point.

Rest of the European Union member states

  • All shipments are tracked and made by established curriers such as UPS, DHL etc. We are continually working to optimize our shipments. This means that we will use different shipping curriers for different regions, countries and order sizes. If it's important for you to know the exact currier, please contact help@maurten.com

United States

  • Your order will be delivered with UPS.

How can I track my shipment?

You will get a tracking code once the order is dispatched to you from our warehouse.

What can I do if I don't receive my shipment?

If you have not received your order within 14 days, please send an e-mail to help@maurten.com. Remember to include your order number in the e-mail.

I got the wrong item in my shipment, what do I do?
