Solids

All Maurten products are made from ingredients that are certified as free from gluten and other common allergens. However the SOLID products may contain traces of gluten due to potential cross contamination in the Solid production facility.

Solid C 160 contains cocoa. It's a flavour reset - a variation to break up the endurance fueling.

Solid 160 and Solid C 160 contain 40 grams of carbohydrates, in 2 mini-bars of 20 grams each.
