The Maurten Membership is a kitbag of curated performance benefits, all purposefully designed to help you train and race better — to raise your level. Access offers from partner brands, exclusive training advice from the Maurten Nutrition Team, and unique event partner experiences. It's free and you can cancel at any time.

As a member, you collect points by purchasing products from maurten.com. Points for orders are only counted from the day you join the membership. Additional points can be gained by signing up to the newsletter, completing surveys, and participating in challenges. Points from product purchase are directly correlated to the price of the product, converted to Swedish Kronor (SEK). For the current conversion rate, see below:

There are 3 membership levels — 1,2, and 3. By collecting points and moving through the levels, you will access more exclusive performance benefits. As a member, certain membership benefits will be available no matter your level. These include early access to new or limited products, access to discounted soon-to be expired products, access to certain lotteries, Q&As with athletes, and free shipping on certain specified orders.

The membership benefits vary and are adapted to our members, season, and time of year. We do not guarantee that your membership benefits will always be the same and we reserve the right to remove, change, replace and/or offer you new benefits at any time.

The Maurten Membership is free to join.

Managing your membership/FAQs

No. A non-member account on maurten.com saves only information you have provided, such as your order history, addresses, and sports of interest. An account on maurten.com does not automatically make you a member. It is possible to upgrade a normal account to a membership account by logging in to your profile here (maurten.com/profile) and selecting “Activate account”.

When creating an account on maurten.com for the first time, you have the option to create a membership account from the start, by selecting “Join Maurten Membership” on the account creation page.

As a member, you collect points by purchasing products on maurten.com. Purchases made on any other sites, or before you joined the membership program will not be counted. Additional points can be gained by signing up to the newsletter, completing surveys, and participating in challenges. Points for renewable activities – such as challenges and purchases – will drop off after 12 months.

It is not possible to pause the Maurten Membership, but you may unsubscribe at any time by contacting us via the contact form with the title “Unsubscribe from the Maurten Membership”, including the email that you used to create the membership.

All data you entered during the membership – as well as all points – will then be deleted. You will no longer have access to the benefits and services of the membership.

Your Maurten Membership will be automatically terminated if you have been inactive, i.e. not purchased any products or conducted any other point-based activity within 24 months.

Your current level is visible on the top left of your account page, above the welcome message. Your collected points total is visible in the top right.

No. Transfer of membership to another account is not possible. You can update email and address preferences at any time.

Depending on the offer, it may or may not be possible to combine membership offers (e.g. free shipping, or exclusive product) with alternative discounts. Discount codes offered through the membership scheme cannot be combined with any other discounts.

Points are collected once an order has been placed and paid for. Points will be removed if the order is returned/refunded.

Your current membership level is based on your total points over the last 12 months. Your points (only including points gained from purchases and other point-based activities that are recurring and can be generated more than once) will therefore be reset to zero every 12 months.

Every day we count how many points you have earned in the last 12 months. When you reach the points total that qualifies you for the next membership level, your membership will automatically be upgraded. When you reach a new membership level, you stay there for at least 12 months, unless during the same period you reach a points balance that entitles you to move into a higher level. Every time you reach a higher level, you are thus protected from downgrading for 12 months (quarantine period).

Your membership will remain valid as long as you are active and have not unsubscribed. If you are inactive for 24 months, your membership will be terminated and you will no longer have access to accumulated points and benefits.

You can update your contact information and addresses at any point on your account page.

Only purchases made through maurten.com are eligible for points – purchases made through distributor sites (including Norway, Greece, Japan, Mexico, Brazil, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand) are not currently eligible for Maurten Membership points.
